Best time to visit Shimla & Manali: If you guys want to see snow then November to February would be the right choice to enjoy winters & snow 😉 otherwise, from April to June is the best time to visit here. And if want to enjoy some Adventure sports then you should visit Manali in December to February for Skiing & fo river rafting May to September would be best. But we recommend you not to travel during monsoon from July to August. And also avoid visiting in October during Durga Pooja Vacations because you might be found rush at its Peak here.

By Air : Bhunter has the nearest airport to Manali and from here you can book a taxi which takes approximately 80-90 mints. Airport to Manali Taxi Fare would depend on season time or could be between 1000-1200, but yeah you can try your bargaining skills here 😉
